Consultation
We walk your home with you, talk through what you need, how you live, and what it should cost. Design consultations with Sally's interior-design eye are available from day one.
Architecture & Permits
Our licensed architect produces permit drawings, schematics and 3D walkthroughs so you can see the project before a wall comes down. We handle village permitting — Evanston and North Shore towns are home turf.
The Build — All Trades In-House
Licensed plumber, electrician, certified HVAC, bonded roofer, welders, excavation and form work — our crews, our schedule, our standard. Your Project Manager runs the job day to day: managing trades, tracking financials, keeping you informed. No waiting on someone else's subcontractor.
Finish Carpentry
The part you'll touch every day gets the most care: cabinetry, built-ins, trim, doors, stairs — fitted by carpenters trained under master woodworkers, checked by John himself.
