Kitchens and baths, from gut to gorgeous.
Kitchens and bathrooms are where design-build earns its keep: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, tile and finish all have to land in the same small room, on the same schedule. Ours do, because they're all our crews.
Sally's design eye shapes the space; custom cabinetry comes out of our own shop; our licensed plumber and electrician rough it in. One client has done three bathrooms and a kitchen with us — and counting.
“We've done 3 bathrooms and a kitchen in my home together and from design insight to the completed product, they are perfectionists!”

Questions we get
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A full gut kitchen typically runs 6–10 weeks of build time once permits and cabinetry are ready. Because our trades are in-house, we don't lose weeks waiting on subcontractors.
Do you handle design and permits?
Yes — our licensed architect produces the drawings and we run village permitting for you.
Can you work in occupied homes?
Most of our remodels happen while families live in the house. We wall off the work zone, keep a clean site, and communicate constantly.
